Council Meetings
The Rock Springs City Council
regularly meets in the Council Chambers at 212 D Street at 7pm on the first
and third Tuesday of every month.
- Agenda items must be submitted to the City Clerk by the proceeding Thursday.
- Packet submissions must be presented by noon on the preceding Friday.
- Special Meetings must be advertised before hand.
- Advertised Public Hearings are held as part of the council meetings and are the proper place for public
comment on important issues.
- Anyone can speak on any issue during the Petition segment of regular meetings.
Comments should be limited to a maximum of three minutes.
- Minutes will be prepared within 12 days of the meeting.
- Regular council meetings are broadcast on channel 13 and
recorded. DVD copies of the meetings are available for a $10.00
fee. Interested persons should bring a blank DVD to the finance
office at City Hall when requesting a copy.
